含PBX炸药装药的弹体侵彻响应数值模拟

Mechanical-Thermal Responses of Explosive Charge Filled in Projectile During Penetrating Concrete Target

  • 摘要: 为探究浇注型PBX炸药装药在弹体侵彻过程中的安全性问题,使用考虑孔隙的压力相关-应变率硬化-温度软化的粘弹塑性本构模型,用以拟合浇注型PBX炸药的在不同应变率下的动态力学响应,并利用动力有限元算法数值模拟含装药弹体侵彻混凝土靶板的过程中炸药的力-热耦合响应,获得装药不同位置局部温升受不同耗散功的影响规律,结果表明装药圆弧面圆心处由于应力波汇聚作用,塑性应变可达32%,装药与弹体内壁摩擦生热对装药温升有一定贡献.为装药结构设计提供力学分析的依据.

     

    Abstract: This paper is devoted to developing a viscoelastic-plastic model with a pressure-hardening strength model and a crushable pressure model for explosive charge filled in projectile when the charge penetrates concrete target. The results show that the plastic strain of the center of the arc of the charge reaches 32% due to the convergence of stress wave. Moreover, the friction between the charge and the inner wall of the body makes a certain contribution to the heating of the charge, which can provide some foundations for projectile and explosive charge structure design.
