超模函数与制造企业组织创新要素的互补性研究

Supermodular Function and Complementarities Between Elements of Organizational Innovation in Manufacturing Enterprise

  • 摘要: 为充分理解制造企业组织创新要素之间的互补性,本研究引入超模函数对组织创新要素的互补性进行了理论分析,并通过实证分析方法对组织创新要素产生的互补效应进行了验证和比较.结果表明:当组织创新中的战略、结构、制度和文化4个要素均处于较低状态时,所产生的互补效应最低;当任意两者处于较高状态时,其产生的互补效应要大于各自处于较高状态时产生的效应之和;当4者共同达到较高状态时,所产生的互补效应达到最大.在实际组织创新过程中,企业应将不同组织要素的变化情况统一起来考虑,以获取企业组织创新所带来的最大创新效益.

     

    Abstract: In order to fully understand complementarities between the elements of organizational innovation in manufacturing enterprises, this research used supermodular function and made a validation and comparison analysis of the complementary effect produced in elements of organizational innovation. The result shows that when four elements which strategy, structure, mechanism and culture are in the lower state, the complementary effect is the lowest. And when any two elements are in the higher state together, the complementary effect is greater than accumulated effects from single element in the higher state. While four elements together are in the higher state, the complementary effect is the highest. Therefore, different organizational elements should be considered together in the process of organizational innovation in order to obtain the maximum benefit which organizational innovation bringing.
