Abstract: The rural ecological environment is becoming worse with the famers' excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides, and the environmental risk will affect agricultural production and farmers' daily life. Through on-the-spot investigation in 11 regions and 283 farmers in Hebei provinces, the influence factors can be evaluated on farmer's environmental risk perception and management will. The result of empirical analysis which base on logistic model shows that: influence factors such as education level, years engaged in agricultural production, occupation and economic level will work remarkably affected farmer's agricultural environmental risk perception and management will. There are three important suggestions to improve the farmers' environmental risk management: improving farmers' environmental protection consciousness, increasing farmers' technical training, and standardizing agricultural production.
