我国区域人才流动动因研究——基于2002~2012年面板数据的回归分析

Research on Motivation of the Regional Talent Flow in China —Based on Regression Analysis of 2002~2012 Panel Data

  • 摘要: 基于现有理论基础,建立了影响人才流动的指标体系,分别采用混合回归模型、个体固定效应回归模型和个体随机效应回归模型实证检验了影响区域人才流动的影响因素,通过F检验和Hausman检验对模型形式进行判别.研究表明地区经济发展水平、地区收入水平、产业结构、科研环境对人才流动的影响最为显著,且各地区人才流动影响因素各有特点.

     

    Abstract: Based on the existing theory foundation, the index system was set up for influencing talent mobility. The mixed regression model, individual fixed effects regression model and individual random effects regression model were used to test the impact factors for region talent flowing. Through F test and Hausman test, the proper empirical function was chosen. The results show that the region economic development, income level, industrial structure, science research environment are the most significant factors on the flow of talent, and different regions have their own characteristics.
