Abstract:
Based on the existing theory foundation, the index system was set up for influencing talent mobility. The mixed regression model, individual fixed effects regression model and individual random effects regression model were used to test the impact factors for region talent flowing. Through
F test and Hausman test, the proper empirical function was chosen. The results show that the region economic development, income level, industrial structure, science research environment are the most significant factors on the flow of talent, and different regions have their own characteristics.
