我国区域经济发展对就业效应影响研究——基于1994~2011面板数据的回归分析

Research on the Effect of Regional Economy Development on the Employment Effect in China —Based on Regression Analysis of 1994~2011 Panel Data

  • 摘要: 基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数构建了产业结构演化的就业效应理论模型,分别采用混合回归模型和个体固定效应回归模型实证检验了影响区域就业效应的影响因素,通过F检验采纳了个体固定效应回归模型的分析结果.研究表明人口总量对4大经济区域的就业总量存在显著的正向影响,人均GDP对4大经济区域的就业总量均存在负向影响,物质资本投资、人力资本投资以及政策投入对就业总量的影响,根据不同区域经济发展的特点而各有不同.

     

    Abstract: Based on Cob-Douglas production function model, a theoretical model of the employment effect of industrial structure evolution was built. Then, the mixed regression model and individual fixed effect regression model were applied respectively to test the factors influencing the effect of regional employment empirically. Through F test, the results of fixed-effect regression model were adopted. The results demonstrate that the population is a significant positive factor for the employment effect, and the GDP per capita is a negative factor for the employment effects of China's four major economic regions. Moreover, the impact physical capital investment, human capital investment and policy on the regional employment effect are different according to the characteristics of regional economic development.
