Abstract: The optimal method of refined oil supply chain was presented based on choosing place of refined factory, making production plan and making transportation plan. Taking Wenchuan earthquake as an example, the emergency oil products distribution center location model, production planning model of refined oil, refined oil transport route selection optimization model were established. Finally the algorithm was given, and Wenchuan earthquake relief oil supply was optimized. The results show that the method can help supply refined oil demand, and have advantage in time and profit.
