含孔薄壁方管结构吸能的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation on Energy Absorption Properties of Thin-Walled Square Tubes with Cutouts

  • 摘要: 针对含孔薄壁方管的力学性能有较大差异的问题,对于不同结构的铝合金薄壁方管,分别进行轴向冲击载荷作用下的有限元数值模拟的动态力学行为研究. 比较了各种薄壁开孔结构的能量吸收性能,及其耐撞性的各种参数,如比吸能(SEA)及平均破坏力、峰值破坏力等. 研究结果表明,与无孔方管对比,开孔方管初始峰值载荷变化很小,但是其比吸能有不同程度的变化. 在本文研究的范围内,开孔位置为L0=0.50L的4方孔方管吸能效果最好.

     

    Abstract: The energy absorption properties and the crash-worthiness parameters, such as the specific energy absorption (SEA), the average crushing force, the peak crushing force, and so on, of the same and different structures of thin-walled square tubes with one or several cutouts under the axial impact were numerically studied and compared through the finite element method. The results show that compared with the hollow square tubes without cutout, the peak crushing force of the tubes with cutouts changs slightly, while the SEA fluctuates to a varying degree. Among them, the square hollow tube with L0=0.50L and four square cutouts show the best performance.
