爆炸驱动载荷下结构瞬态响应研究

Study on the Transient Response of Structure Join by Explosion

  • 摘要: 展开型定向战斗部可以最大限度地提高空空导弹的终端能力,对目标实现最大的杀伤效能. 研究了一种可展开结构在爆炸驱动载荷下的瞬态响应,设计实验方案并进行了相应的静爆实验;利用DYNA 3D有限元程序对可展开结构进行三维建模,采用ALE流固耦合算法对炸药爆炸驱动载荷下结构展开过程进行数值模拟;比较实验与数值模拟的结果,验证了所采用的实验方案和相关数值模拟方法的可靠性,并为下一步研究提供支持.

     

    Abstract: Evolvable aimed warhead can make all the fragments toward the target and help the air-to-air missile reaching the greatest damage to the target. This thesis studied the transient response of a kind of evolvable structure join by explosion, designed the experimental scheme, carried out the static detonation experiment, established a 3D model of evolvable structure using DYNA, and numerically simulated the deployable process of the evolvable structure with explosively driven load using the method of ALE. The results of experiment and numerical simulation prove the reliability of experiment scheme and the feasibility of the numerical simulation method.
