Numerical Simulation for Fracture Mechanism of Explosion Driving Metallic Shell

  • 摘要: 对破片形成及运动问题的研究在增强战斗部的毁伤效能中具有重要地位. 本文利用数值模拟方法对不同装药结构的破片战斗部壳体在爆炸冲击载荷作用下的响应过程进行了仿真计算,仿真结果与理论计算结果相符,验证了数值模拟方法的可行性. 在此基础上对比分析了不同刻槽受控破片战斗部壳体断裂破片形成过程,得到了刻槽对破片速度的影响规律. 本文结果可为破片战斗部工程设计提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Fragmentation warhead is widely used in modern war. To explore the important role of fragment movement in improving damage efficiency of warhead, a numerical simulation of dynamic response process under blast loading of controlled fragmenting warhead was conducted by the EXPLOSION-3D software. The simulation results are in good agreement with theoretical calculation. Based on this, fragment formation of controlled fragmenting warheads with different notches was analyzed. The numerical method presented in this paper can provide a useful reference for design of this kind of warheads.
