气电混合动力车辆低SOC混合驱动起步控制研究

Research on Low-SOC Startup of CNG- Electric Hybrid Vehicle

  • 摘要: 基于单轴并联混合动力系统的结构特性,提出一种电机-发动机-离合器协调控制起步方法,在最小化电量消耗的同时,实现比离合器滑磨起步更快的起步速度和更佳的平顺性。 通过增量式PID方法控制电机输出小扭矩,调节电机转速,弥补离合器接合过程的非线性缺点。 并对采用了助力方法及仅依靠离合器起步的车辆进行起步试验,从起步速度、冲击度和电量消耗方面验证了该方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristic of hybrid system, a control method of motor-engine-clutch coordination for startup procedure was proposed. The objective was to achieve better startup quality with relatively low electrical consumption. To compensate the nonlinearity of clutch engaging procedure, the incremental PID algorithm for electric motor is introduced. Furthermore, this method was verified in contrast test with normal startup method, from several aspects such as startup speed, jerk value and electricity consumption.
