Dynamic Response of Foam Beams Subjected to Different Dynamic Loadings

  • 摘要: 基于一维非线性质量弹簧模型,研究了不同冲击加载条件下泡沫材料杆的冲击动力响应特性. 在保证初始冲量相同的条件下,对比讨论了矩形载荷、正弦载荷、三角形载荷和倒三角载荷作用下泡沫杆内弹塑性应力波的传播过程,以及杆的动态变形特征. 给出了不同载荷作用下的冲击应力增强因子和临界冲量. 研究结果确定了不同冲击加载条件下泡沫材料的动力响应特征,对不同工况下泡沫结构的动力学性能设计具有重要的理论指导意义.

     

    Abstract: Based on the one-dimensional nonlinear mass-spring model, the dynamic responses of foam beam under different impact loadings were analyzed. Under the condition that the initial loading impulses are the same, the elastic-plastic stress wave propagation in the foam beam, as well as its dynamic performance, was investigated for rectangle, sine, triangular or anti-triangular loading. Based on these results, the critical loading/loading impulse was proposed for different loading shapes. The results presented in this paper are helpful in clarifying the dynamic responses of cellular materials under different loadings, and provide theoretical guidance for the dynamic design of foam structures under different working conditions.
