The Temperature Characteristic of Multi-Injection in High Pressure Common-Rail System

  • 摘要: 高压共轨多次喷射的温度特性是影响多次喷射精确控制的重要因素. 使用高压共轨多次喷射实验台,进行了多次喷射温度特性的实验研究. 通过实验数据系统地总结了燃油温度对单次喷射油量及压力波动的周期特性、振幅特性的影响规律,用声速原理和水击理论分析了压力波动的温度特性:温度升高,波动的周期增加,振幅峰值先增大后减小. 结果表明多次喷射中油量波动的温度特性由温度对压力波动和喷射特性产生的共同影响决定.

     

    Abstract: The temperature characteristic of multi-injection taking place in the high pressure common rail (CR) system plays a major role in controlling of multi-injection. A detailed experimental study on temperature characteristic of multi-injection is conducted on the high-pressure common rail multi-injection test bench. The law of temperature influence on characters of period and amplitude of water hammer pressure wave and injection quality is summarized. The period of pressure wave is increased with temperature. And the max amplitude of pressure wave is increased at first and then decreased with temperature. Temperature characters of water hammer pressure wave was analyzed based on sound speed and water hammer phenomenon. The temperature characteristic of multi-injection fuel quality fluctuation is caused by the temperature influence on both pressure wave and injection characteristic.
