车用内置式永磁同步电机过调制弱磁算法
Research on Over-Modulation Flux-Weakening Strategy of IPMSM in HEV Application

摘要: 针对混合动力车用电机扭矩响应性的需求,研究了内置式永磁同步电机弱磁区域的快速扭矩控制,提出了一种过调制和弱磁控制有机结合的弱磁控制策略,并进行了仿真和实验分析,实现了在弱磁区域输出调制率大于最大线性调制率的情况下较快的扭矩响应速度. 将提出的策略与传统基于外电压环的弱磁控制策略进行了对比,结果显示文中提出的策略能满足车用电机扭矩响应的需求.Abstract: The torque response of interior permanent magnet synchronous machines (IPMSM) is investigated according to the torque response demand of driving motor in hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) application. To meet the demand, a flux weakening strategy combined with over-modulation strategy is proposed. The proposed strategy is verified by simulations and experiments, which indicates that torque responses much faster under the condition of the modulation index greater than the max linear modulation index. In addition,the comparison between the proposed strategy and traditional flux weakening strategy which based on output voltage closed-loop control is also studied. The results show that proposed strategy can fulfill the demand in HEV application.
