端锚锚杆锚固质量检测最佳激发波的数值模拟

摘要: 研究在检测端锚锚杆锚固质量时的最佳激发波. 针对一种特定型号的端锚锚杆进行数值模拟,确定了数值模拟中不同频率激发波下有限元模型网格的最佳尺寸,得到了针对该型号锚固锚杆质量检测的最佳激发波,在锚杆顶端可以看到清晰的上界面和底端反射波. 利用此最佳激发波对脱锚锚杆进行模拟,可以清楚地看到脱锚段的反射波. 因此,在工程上可以直接使用此最佳激发波对锚固锚杆进行锚固质量检测.Abstract: The optimization of excitation wave in testing the anchoring quality of partially grouted bolt is investigated in this research. A finite element model was built to numerically analyze the anchoring quality of partially grouted bolt. The optimum mesh size of the finite element model was determined for numerical simulation under excitation wave with different frequency and the optimum excitation wave could be found for particular partially grouted bolt. By using the optimum excitation wave, the reflective waves from upper interface and bottom end could be observed clearly on the top of the rock bolt. Simulation of the deficient grouted bolt shows that the deficient part could be observed clearly when the optimum excitation wave is used. The results of this research indicate that the selected optimum excitation wave could be directly used to test the anchoring quality of grouted bolt and it is helpful to the real engineering project.
