Analysis on Arresting Gear Dynamics with Constant Runout Control

  • 摘要: 为研究液压缓冲式阻拦系统实现不同型号舰载机定常冲跑控制的工作原理,提出了一种设计定常冲跑装置控制凸轮型线的方法,并建立了Mark7 Mod3型阻拦机的数学模型,进行不同型号舰载机的阻拦仿真试验. 结果表明:通过人工调节质量选择器,阻拦机能够将不同质量、以不同初速度着舰的舰载机在一定的距离内拦停,所设计的控制凸轮的型线是有效的.

     

    Abstract: To achieve the constant runout control of hydraulic arresting gear system for different aircrafts, an approach to design cam profile for arresting system is presented. Mathematical model of the Mark7 Mod3 system was constructed, and the simulation of its performance was carried out. The results show that, for the aircrafts with different weights and different engaging speeds, the Mark7 Mod3 system can recover the incoming carrier-based aircrafts within the constant distance. Also, it is proved that the designed cam profile is effectively.
