热连轧活套系统的分散控制
Decentralized Control of Looper Systems of Hot Strip Rolling Mills

摘要: 分析热连轧轧制速度增量对活套系统性能的影响,建立了活套关联系统模型,提高了活套系统模型精度. 基于H<sub<∞</sub<原理,将活套高度与张力系统之间的耦合影响看作扰动,采用分散控制方式,为每台轧机活套系统单独设计控制器. 仿真结果表明,基于活套关联系统模型,采用分散方式设计控制器,提高了活套系统的控制性能.Abstract: With the aid of analyzing interacted effect of rolling speed increment on looper systems in hot strip finishing rolling, the model of interconnected looper system was established. Based on H<sub<∞</sub< control theory and considering the coupled effect between looper height and looper tension systems as disturbance factor, the looper controllers for each rolling mill were designed using decentralized control strategy. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm and the good control performance of the looper system.
