光纤面阵可见光吸收/红外辐射性能实验研究

Study on the Property of Visible Light Absorption and Infrared Radiation of Fiber Array Conversion Chip

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种用于红外动态场景生成的新型可见光/红外图像转换器芯片. 采用离子刻蚀工艺制作芯片的吸收辐射膜,其可见光波段吸收率可以达到98.5%以上,3~5 μm波段的红外发射率可以达到0.73,8~12 μm波段的发射率达到0.82. 测试证明,此吸收辐射膜完全满足红外图像转换芯片的应用要求.

     

    Abstract: To generate infrared dynamic scene, a new visible to infrared transducer film is introduced in this paper, which is fabricated based on micro-structure of processing. This film absorbs visible light and radiates infrared light. It was observed that the absorption rate of visible light could reach 95%. Its infrared emissivity in 3~5 μm spectrum band could be 0.73 while the emissivity in 8~12 μm band could be 0.82. Test results show that the film's property of visible light absorption and infrared radiation can meet the application requirements.
