钨铜合金准静态压缩性能研究

摘要: 利用WDW-E100D型微机控制电子式万能试验机、S-4800场发射扫描电镜和XRD等分析测试方法,研究W-Cu20准静态压缩性能及其变形特征. 结果表明:退火处理能消除制备W-Cu20合金时产生的内应力,提高其塑性变形能力,同时降低抗压强度. W-Cu20合金准静态压缩在剪切面上产生形变带,钨相形态发生较大变化,沿剪切面方向由球形变为条形,经800℃退火处理后的组织中形变带最显著.Abstract: The quasi-static compressive properties and the deformation characteristics of W-Cu20 alloy were investigated with the WDW-E100D testing machine, the S-4800 scanning electronic microscope and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the annealing treatment of W-Cu20 can eliminate the internal stress generated when the alloy was prepared, improve the plastic deformation capacity and reduce quasi-static compressive strength. W-Cu20 alloy quasi-static compress generates the deformation bands on the shear surface. The tungsten phase morphology changes greatly from the sphericity into strips along the shear surface direction. The microstructure has the most significant deformation bands after the alloy is annealed at 800℃.
