冗余设计火工装置的可靠性评定试验方法研究

Study on Hardened Test Approach to Reliability Assessment for Pyrotechnic Devices with Redundancy Design

  • 摘要: 研究冗余设计火工装置的可靠性评定问题. 针对火工装置常用的冗余设计方案,通过制定相应的强化试验方法,按强化试验结果进行火工装置可靠性估计,并结合火工装置的工作特点推导出它在额定条件下的功能可靠性. 计算验证结果表明:利用本方法,在0.95的置信度下,只需要少于10次的试验就能够评定0.99990~0.99999量级的可靠性. 该方法对冗余设计火工装置具有较高的试验效率,满足航天产品可靠性评定的工程需要.

     

    Abstract: This article investigates the problem of reliability assessment for pyrotechnic devices with redundancy design. For the redundancy programs that are commonly used in the design of pyrotechnic devices, the corresponding hardened test programs are formulated, and the reliability of pyrotechnic device under hardened conditions is estimated according to the trial results. Then, combining with the mechanical characters of the products, the reliability under normal conditions can be calculated by a series of formulas. It indicates that using this method, with the confidence level of 0.95, only less than 10 times of successful trials are needed to evaluate the reliability of 0.99990~0.99999. It also shows its high trial efficiency for pyrotechnic devices with redundancy design, and can meet the engineering needs of reliability assessment for the aerospace products.
