摘要: 为分析大功率汽轮机高压冷却蒸汽对中压缸转子的冷却效果,采用CFD和共轭换热(CHT)方法,对600 MW汽轮机中压缸前两级内部流动及换热进行了分析,研究了高压冷却蒸汽对中压缸前两级转子轮缘及叶根的冷却效果及其对近根部流动特性的影响. 结果表明,高压缸冷却蒸汽以级效率降低为代价,有效地实现对中压缸转子的冷却功能,使中压缸前两级转子轮缘最高温度分别比主叶片体温度显著降低.Abstract: To investigate the cooling effect of HP steam on IP rotor in huge power steam turbine unit, flow and heat transfer simulations on the first two stages of IP cylinder in a 600 MW steam turbine were performed using CFD and conjugate heat transfer (CHT) methods. Cooling effects of HP cooling steam on IP rotor disc and root as well as the influences of cooling steam flow behavior near stage hub region were investigated. Results show that with the cost of stage efficiency decrease, HP cooling steam can effectively cool the IP rotor disc so as to decrease significantly the rotor disc maximum temperature of IP first two stages.
