空腔水电极电晕放电雾化特性的研究

摘要: 为了研究气-液两相流的空间放电特性规律,实验首次采用空腔水电极雾化装置,通过测量不同雾化电极的电压-电流特性,不同质量分数溶液雾化时的消耗量等物理参量,分析了空腔水电极电晕放电的特性.实验表明,空腔电极在干式电晕放电时,曲率半径越小,放电电流越大,且随着电压升高,电流差值呈上升趋势;在雾化电晕放电时,电极形状、溶液质量分数对放电电流影响不明显,对溶液消耗量影响较为显著;不同电压作用下的雾化形式不同,雾滴在电场中的动力学过程也不同.Abstract: Atomization of corona discharge has potential applications in electrostatic dust removal, pesticide spraying and other fields. To investigate the gas-liquid two-phase flow discharge characteristics, the cavity-type spray electrode was used in the experiment for the first time. By measuring the voltage-current characteristics of different atomization poles, water consumption with different concentration of solution and other physical parameters, the discharge characteristics of cavity-type spray electrode were analyzed. Experiments show that, in the condition of dry electrode, the smaller the curvature radius of the cavity-type electrode, the larger the discharge current, and the current difference increases with the increase of voltage. In the condition of atomization corona discharge, electrode shape or concentration of the solution has no obvious effect on the discharge current, but has more significant effect on the consumption of the solution. The form of atomization under different voltages is various and the dynamics process of the droplet in electric field is also different.
