汽车减震器弹簧下座的疲劳仿真分析及结构优化

Fatigue Analysis and Structural Optimization for Spring-Seat Lower of Automobile Strut Assembly

  • 摘要: 基于准静态有限元疲劳分析方法提取弹簧下座的力学模型,建立了弹簧下座的有限元模型,对其进行了疲劳寿命预测,在此基础上对弹簧下座进行了结构优化. 疲劳台架实验和裂纹断口分析验证了疲劳仿真分析的正确性. 结果表明疲劳裂纹并非一定发生在结构应力最大处,还与应力梯度以及结构所处的载荷状态相关.

     

    Abstract: To carry on fatigue analysis and structural optimization for spring-seat lower of strut assembly, the finite element model of spring-seat lower was set up. On the basis of quasi-static finite element fatigue analysis, the fatigue life of spring-seat lower was predicted by the way of emulation. Meanwhile, the structure of spring-seat lower was optimized. The correctness of fatigue simulation analysis is verified by fatigue bench test and crack fracture analysis.
