重结晶法制备球形化RDX

Recrystallization Method for Preparation of Spherical RDX

  • 摘要: 为解决以RDX为基的熔铸炸药固态含量低的问题,采用环己酮作为溶剂重结晶的方法,得到了球形化RDX晶体. 分析了重结晶工艺条件中结晶温度、搅拌速率、杂质等参数变化对于RDX晶体形状的影响,制备了球形化RDX晶体. 测试了球形化RDX的晶体形状、流散性、机械感度和以其为组分的PBX冲击波感度. 结果表明,采用环己酮重结晶法制备的球形化RDX晶体形状规则、表面光滑、棱角少、流散性好,撞击感度、摩擦感度比普通RDX略有降低,以球形化RDX为基的PBX相比以普通RDX为基的PBX冲击波感度降低约25%.

     

    Abstract: To improve the solid content of casting explosive based on RDX, the spherical RDX was prepared by recrystallization using Cyclohexanyne as a solvent. The influence of crystallization temperature, stirring speed and impurity on RDX crystal shape was analyzed. The crystal shape, free-flowing property, impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of both spherical RDX and ordinary RDX were tested. Spherical RDX and ordinary RDX were used to prepare PBX with the same casting formula and their shock sensitivity was tested, respectively. The results show that the crystal shape of spherical RDX is regular, the surface is sleek and lack of edge angle. Spherical RDX has better free-flowing property than ordinary RDX. The impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of spherical RDX are lower than ordinary RDX. PBX shock sensitivity based on spherical RDX is 25% lower than based on ordinary RDX.
