A Full-Coverage Control Algorithm for Mobile Sensor Networks

  • 摘要: 根据不同的传感器网络通信半径与传感半径比,建立了三种理想的完全覆盖模型. 提出一种基于距离和方向控制的移动传感器网络分布式完全覆盖自部署算法(DOC). DOC算法能使移动传感器网络通过自部署达到理想完全覆盖,即通过距离上的虚拟力控制使节点之间的距离达到理想距离,并通过时针方向的角度控制使节点与其两个相邻邻居节点的夹角达到理想夹角,从而达到理想完全覆盖. 仿真结果表明,对于任何通信半径与传感半径比值,DOC算法都能有效地使传感器网络达到k连通(k≥3)的理想完全覆盖.

     

    Abstract: Three ideal full-coverage models are established for the different ratios of communication range to sensing range (Rc/Rs). A distributed self-deployment algorithm by distance and orientation control (DOC) for mobile sensor networks is proposed. Mobile sensor networks can achieve ideal full-coverage from self-deployment by DOC algorithm. Distance control tries to keep the distance among sensor nodes being equal to the ideal distance by virtual force, while orientation control tries to adjust the relative angle formed by sensor node and its two contiguous neighbors to achieve the ideal relative angle. Simulation results show that ideal full-coverage with k-connectivity (k≥3) can be effectively reached by DOC for all values of Rc/Rs.
