摘要: 针对控制系统的故障诊断难以在早期发现,提出一种基于符号有向图(SDG) 和定性趋势分析相结合的故障诊断方法. 建立系统的故障诊断模型,通过定性趋势分析的方法对控制系统各个单元进行监测,提取当前趋势. 当故障发生时,通过基于定性趋势的反向推理算法,及时找到故障源. 通过在常压塔装置故障诊断上的实验,结果表明该方法能够及时有效地检测、识别控制系统的各种故障(人为误操作、控制器故障等),可应用到实际生产的故障诊断中.Abstract: For fault in control system being difficult to be detected and found in the early stage, signed directed graph (SDG) and qualitative trend analysis based fault diagnosis is proposed. The SDG model is built for fault diagnosis, and qualitative trend analysis is used to monitor the state of units in the control system, extract their trends. When fault occurs, inverse inference based on qualitative trends is used to find the real fault cause. This method is tested on the atmospheric tower unit. The results show that this method can detect and identify various faults inside control system (such as manual misoperation, controller failure and so on) and can be applied in the real industry.
