Abstract:
This paper presents the idea of using hierarchical optimization algorithms to solve the issues of plate rolling process control rule optimization. With two optimization goals, the shortest total rolling time interval and lowest total rolling energy consumption proposed as the objective functions of level I and level II respectively, mathematical models of bi-level programming are built and estimated with the hierarchical optimization algorithm. Finally, the optimal solution of rolling process control rule is obtained and the result shows that its an effective method to solve rolling process control rule with hidrarchical optimization algorithm.
