基于递阶优化算法的轧制过程控制策略优化研究

Research of Rolling Process Control Rule Optimization Based on Hierarchical Optimization Algorithm

  • 摘要: 给出利用递阶优化算法解决轧制过程控制策略优化问题的思想. 针对总时间最短和总能耗最小两个优化目标,分别将其作为上下层目标函数建立起两层规划的数学模型,通过基于分解-协调的递阶优化算法对该两层规划进行求解,最终得到了中厚板精轧控制策略优化的最优解. 仿真结果说明,利用递阶优化算法求解轧制过程控制策略是非常有效的方法.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the idea of using hierarchical optimization algorithms to solve the issues of plate rolling process control rule optimization. With two optimization goals, the shortest total rolling time interval and lowest total rolling energy consumption proposed as the objective functions of level I and level II respectively, mathematical models of bi-level programming are built and estimated with the hierarchical optimization algorithm. Finally, the optimal solution of rolling process control rule is obtained and the result shows that its an effective method to solve rolling process control rule with hidrarchical optimization algorithm.
