钾盐合成工艺计算机优化控制研究

摘要: 针对新的钾盐合成工艺中产物收率不高的问题,基于反应机理建立水解一塔反应器的动态机理模型,并对生产过程进行离线优化,得到正常工况下水解一塔的最优温度分布. 借助Matlab仿真对模型预测控制在该系统中的运用进行可行性分析. 研究结果表明:模型预测控制增强了过程的稳定性和抗干扰能力,对产品含量的提升具有很好的促进作用,实现了生产过程的计算机优化控制.Abstract: Off-line optimization and feasibility analysis of model predictive control used in the synthesized process of potassium salt unit are presented. Meanwhile, optimal temperature distribution of the first hydrolysis tower reactor under normal condition are got. The dynamic mechanism model of the first hydrolysis tower reactor was obtained based on production technology. The feasibility use of the model predictive control in the system is analyzed by using Matlab simulation. The result shows that this method could enhance the stability of the process and promote product content. Finally, it was proved that the computerized optimal control could be better used in this process.
