Design of JQB2 Starting Controller for Asynchronous Motor

  • 摘要: 为了克服大功率三相交流异步电动机强大起动电流造成的危害,设计了JQB2系列起动控制器. 在既有装置基础上,特设电器元件(配套)的选用参数,并加入一套补偿电路. 用L-C构成起动槽路控制起动电压,比一般减压起动器减小起动电流30%~40%,获得了更大的起动转矩;降低了电源变压器安装容量40%~60%,节省电能;减少电网压降25%~40%,提高电网质量,防止不应有的停电事故,保证线路安全运行. 给出了JQB2系列自耦减压起动控制器设计方法,模拟试验表明,JQB2起动控制器具有良好起动控制效果.

     

    Abstract: It is known that the life of high-power three-phase AC asynchronous motor will be greatly shortened by strong starting current. A method to overcome this shortcoming is the use of JQB2 series starting controller with excellent performance. In this paper, the designing approaches of JQB2 series auto-decompression starting controller are described. The matching between parameters of the electrical components is carefully selected and a set of compensating circuit is added. Compared with the general auto-decompression starter, the new starting controller reduces greatly the initial current and strengthens the starting torque. Furthermore, it also reduces the voltage drop of the electricity grid and capacity demand of power transformer, which is beneficial to improving the quality of the power grid. The simulation test shows that the JQB2 starting controller achieves the designed starting effect. It seems that the described approaches have a good prospect of application.
