A New P Code Direct Acquisition Algorithm

  • 摘要: 对P码捕获算法中的直接平均法进行分析,对平均起始码相位差造成相关信噪比损失的问题进行研究,提出了一种新的补偿平均法. 新的补偿平均法构造了一个本地伪码序列补偿对,通过补偿对叠加的方式实现对相关信噪比的补偿,减小了直接平均法中由于平均起始码相位差带来的影响. 分析和仿真结果均表明,补偿平均法具有更高的相关信噪比;新算法的相关信噪比在整个平均起始码相位差空间上保持一致,比直接平均法在整个平均起始码相位差空间上的最低相关信噪比提高约3dB.

     

    Abstract: It is known that the P code direct average acquisition algorithm has the correlation signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) loss caused by averaging initial phase error. To decrease the loss of correlation SNR, a new compensatory average method was proposed. A pair of compensatory sequences of P code was created, which can compensate correlation SNR loss through overlapping sequences. Analysis and simulation results indicate that the principle of the algorithm is correct and it has better correlation SNR. The correlation SNR of proposed algorithm is uniform over the whole domain of initial phase error of average. And the lowest correlation SNR of new algorithm is about 3dB higher than the direct average method.
