摘要: 针对装备了电控液压式机械自动变速器(AMT)的试验车在可靠性试验过程中出现的变速器内部换挡铜块早期磨损的问题,分析了换挡操纵机构的工作原理. 通过对换挡操纵机构安装力传感器结合AMT台架试验和人工换挡的实车试验,对换挡铜块磨损的原因进行了分析,对换挡控制策略进行了补充修正,并且通过AMT台架和实车试验对修正后的换挡控制策略进行了考核,证明了控制策略的相关修正措施对解决换挡铜块早期磨损问题的有效性.Abstract: The attrition problem about the cupreous block of the AMT used on a prototype vehicle was put forward. The working principle of the shifting machine was analyzed. The shifting machine was refitted by mechanical sensor. After shifting force test on the AMT test-bed and the manual shifting on the vehicle, the reason of the attrition problem was located. Then, the control strategy of shifting was amended. Test on the AMT test-bed and the prototype vehicle with AMT proves that the improved control strategy is effective to solve the problem of attrition.
