叶片非均布对离心压气机气动性能及流动频谱特性的影响

Influences of Blade Non-Uniformity on the Performance and Flow Spectrum Characteristic of Centrifugal Compressor

  • 摘要: 运用数值方法,对采用不同叶片非均匀布置方案的离心压气机气动性能进行了分析,研究了叶片布置对压气机性能的影响. 在此基础上,对压气机内部非定常流动进行了数值模拟. 结合FFT方法对压气机无叶扩压器典型位置的压力脉动进行了频域特性分析,研究了不同叶片布置方案对无叶扩压器内的频谱与气动噪声的影响. 结果表明,采用合理的叶片非均布式布置方案,可以在保持压气机性能不发生变化的情况下,有效降低离心压气机内部的压力脉动,从而起到抑制气动噪声的作用.

     

    Abstract: Influences of blade non-uniformity on the performance of a centrifugal compressor are studied in this paper with numerical method. Simulation of unsteady flow is performed and FFT analysis of spectrum characteristics of pressure fluctuation at typical locations of vaneless diffuser is carried out. The influences of different blade distribution schemes on the spectrum and acoustic characteristics for vaneless diffuser are investigated. Results show that, with the reasonable blade non-uniformity distribution, the pressure fluctuation can be significantly decreased and acoustics can be restrained while the performances of centrifugal compressor being kept unchanged.
