静拉伸条件下螺纹联接件三维弱磁信号研究

Study into Three-Dimensional Weak Magnetic Signal of Bolted Connection Under Static Tension Condition

  • 摘要: 针对螺纹联接件应力分布不均匀和局部塑性变形问题,提出了利用地磁场环境下试件表面三维弱磁信号进行检测的新方法. 在静拉伸试验机上对螺纹联接件进行了拉伸实验,利用二维磁记忆检测传感器实现了螺纹法向、轴向和切向三维弱磁信号的在位测量. 利用有限元方法对螺纹的法向、轴向和切向应力应变进行了计算. 结果表明,三维弱磁信号中,轴向弱磁信号和应力之间具有较好的相关性.

     

    Abstract: To study the non-uniform stress and plastic deformation in threads of a bolted connection, a new method was proposed to detect three-dimensional weak magnetic signals under static tension loads within geomagnetic field. The triangular thread with a special hatch on the nut was used for static tension testing, and a two-dimensional magnetic memory detecting transducer was used to get weak magnetic signals of all the three dimensions on site. Then, the stress and strain of the thread was calculated using finite-element-method and the relationship between weak magnetic signals and stresses of the three dimensions was analyzed. The result shows that there exists a strong correlation between the magnetic signals and stress.
