氧化亚铁硫杆菌的诱变机理研究

Experimental Research into the Mutagenic Mechanism of Thiobacillus Ferrooxidans

  • 摘要: 研究氧化亚铁硫杆菌(T.f菌)的生长特性以及在紫外线作用下的诱变机理. 用20W的紫外灯对距离30cm的T.f菌液照射300s,每间隔15s测量一次T.f菌液的氧化还原电势以及pH,分别绘制出其与时间的变化关系. 紫外线照射240s时,T.f菌的氧化还原电势和pH分别达到303mV和1.98的最佳值. 研究结果表明,经过紫外线诱变强化的T.f菌具有更好的生物刻蚀能力,氧化亚铁硫杆菌的细菌浓度和氧化活性有较

     

    Abstract: The thiobacillus ferrooxidans(T.f)s growth characteristics and mutagenic mechanism under the action of the ultraviolet radiation was studied. T.f was irradiated for 300s by ultraviolet lamp with 20W. The redox potential and pH in etching liquid were measured every 15s. The pH history and redox history were given, respectively. The optimal values of the redox potential and pH were 303mV and 1.98 respectively when T.f was irradiated for 240s. The mutagenized and strengthened T.f possesses of the better etching ability. It also has higher bacterial concentration and stronger oxidation active. The mini-gear structure is more distinct by using mutagenized T.f etching.
