健身锻炼负荷强度实时检测系统的设计

Design of Real-Time Monitoring System on Loading-Intensity in Fitness Training

  • 摘要: 基于嵌入式开发系统,完成了心率的实时监测系统的设计. 电路中采用AT89C2051单片机并升级到PLC2132,利用红外扫描装置对心率次数检测,并设计出相关放大和滤波电路,通过实验确定了电路元器件参数. 开发了远程传输系统、实时显示系统和语音提示报警系统,具有技术先进、适用广泛和性价比高等特点,通过对比实验计算出该系统测量误差小于5%. 适合体育训练和健身过程中的自我控制及教练监测.

     

    Abstract: Employing the embedded development system, the real-time heart rate (HR) monitoring system is designed. The microcontroller AT89C2051 with PLC2132 version is used in the circuit and an infrared scanning device is applied to HR test. The amplify circuits and filtering circuits are designed and the parameters of the components in circuits are determined experimentally. The subsystems of long-range transmission, real-time display and the voice prompt alarm are also developed. Experimental results show that, compared with HR device made in Germany, the measurement error of developed system is less than 5%. The proposed system can be widely applied to sports training and fitness in the process of self-control and coaches for monitoring with the benefit of high cost performance.
