气压驱动金属熔滴按需喷射装置的设计与实现

Design and Implement of Pneumatic Drop-on-Demand Generator for Metal Droplet Production

  • 摘要: 为了在金属熔滴喷射沉积制造中得到均匀细小、精度可控的熔滴,设计了气压驱动金属熔滴按需喷射装置. 该装置主要由熔滴产生器、温度控制器、脉冲压力控制器和低氧环境等几部分组成. 利用所设计装置对锡铅合金(Sn,Pb的质量分数分别为60%和40%)进行喷射实验研究. 结果表明,在氧的质量浓度低于14.2mg/m3的环境中,协调控制供气压力、电磁阀打开时间、球阀开口角度和脉冲频率等参数,能按需喷射均匀的金属熔滴,且系统能够对每个压力脉冲做出响应,具有可控性,满足设计要求.

     

    Abstract: In order to get the controllable, uniform, tiny and precise droplet in the metal droplet deposition manufacturing, the metal droplet with pneumatic drop-on-demand generator has been developed. The generator consists of the droplet generator, the temperature controller, the pulse pressure controller and low oxygen concentration chamber. When the oxygen concentration is less than 14.2mg/m3, the spray experiment was conducted using developed generator to inject the alloy with 60%Sn-40%Pb. The result shows that the system can get controllably the uniform metal droplet and respond to each pressure pulse through adjusting the parameters of supply pressure, solenoid valve opening and closing time, ball valve opening angle and the pulse frequency.
