深空探测采样容器爆炸焊接工艺实验研究

Experiment Research of Specimen Canister in Explosive Welding Sealing Craft

  • 摘要: 针对深空探测采样容器爆炸焊接密封工艺,将圆柱形容器爆炸焊接简化为平板爆炸焊接,设计了几种密封工艺方案,进行了爆炸焊接实验,结合爆炸复合件强度拉伸试验和金相结果,确定了最佳工艺方案. 研究结果表明,条型炸药作用下能得到相对应的条形焊接区域,且能很好地实现焊接-切割一次成型;确定的焊接工艺能实现严实密封.

     

    Abstract: Aimed at explosive welding sealing craft of specimen canister for outer space exploration mission, cylindrical canister explosive welding is simplified to plates explosive welding research, several kinds of sealing craft scenarios with different fly plates and base plates configurations were designed and made. Explosive welding experiments were implemented. Metallograph analysis and intensity stretching tests were performed on welding composites to compare welding quality. According to the results, the optimum craft scenario was identified. Research results showed that ribbon explosive can create a narrow predictable bond area, and the craft scenario identified can produce absolute hermetic seal.
