Abstract:
For the problem of multi-fluid collision, a kind of front tracking method for capturing interfaces of multiple materials was studied. In the research of front tracking method, based on the known front tracking software FronTier, some codes and blocks were modified and added to the software so as to deal with the complex topology structure of the multi-fluid collision problem. From numerical results for the multi-fluid collision problem, it is shown that the results by the new method be effective and coincide with that by theoretical analysis.
