Fast Frequency Response Testing Method Based on Multitone Signal

  • 摘要: 研究了Multitone信号的产生方式并针对应用中的实际问题,提出了一种基于最小二乘参数辨识的新型频率特性数据处理方法. 仿真分析和试验结果表明,该方法与传统的正弦逐点扫描作为激励方法相比,能显著提高测试精度,同时能够有效抑制输出信号中噪声对测量结果的影响,实现了频率特性的高效准确测量.

     

    Abstract: Multitone signal can be used to test the frequency characteristics rapidly. The author discusses the method about the generation and application of multitone signal, then proposed a data processing method of frequency characteristics based on the least squares curve fitting theory. It is indicated that the effects which the noise impacts on the testing result can be inhibited effectively in this method, so it implements an efficient and accurate measurement of frequency characteristics.
