数字全息显微术的记录及重建实验研究

Recoding and Dicoding Research of Digital Holographic Microscopy

  • 摘要: 对数字全息显微术原理、数字全息图的记录和重建算法进行了理论分析和实验研究. 构建了基于Mach-Zender干涉仪的离轴全息图记录光路,以分辨率板为目标进行了数字离轴全息显微图的采集,数字信号后处理以及振幅、位相分布的数值重建. 研究了基于菲涅耳衍射的数字重建算法,解决了数字参考光模拟,消除零级衍射和孪生像干扰及确定重建参数等问题,得到的再现像清晰. 研究表明,该技术可用于微观物体的位相分布测量.

     

    Abstract: Theory and method of reconstruction of digital holographic microscopy are discussed. A magnified image of USAF1950 is recorded with off-axis digital holographic setup. The holograms are numerically reconstructed in amplitude and phase distribution. The digital reconstruction algorithm based on Fresnel diffraction is analyzed and applied. The modeling of digital reference wave for digital reconstruction, the removing of the zero-order and the twin images by frequency filter and reconstruction parameters are solved. A focused image of the specimen is reconstructed to show that this technology can be used in phase-contrast measurements of micro-object.
