Study on Electric Throttle Control for Hybrid Electric Vehicles

摘要: 研究混合动力车用电子节气门控制策略. 分析了混合动力车用电子节气门的结构和数学模型,提出了电子节气门的PID控制和基于趋近律的滑模变结构控制策略,建立了电子节气门的Matlab模型并对两种控制策略进行了仿真. 开发了基于这两种控制策略的控制器,并在某ISG混合动力汽车上进行了试验. 结果表明,滑模控制消除了PID控制中出现的"平顶"现象,且响应更快,鲁棒性更强.Abstract: Electric throttle control for hybrid electric vehicle is studied. The structure and mathematical model of the electric throttle are analyzed. The proportion integration differentiation(PID) control and sliding mode control based on reaching law are introduced and simulated on Matlab/Simulink. The controller using the PID and sliding mode control strategy is developed and tested on an ISG HEV. The test showed that sliding mode control is more robust and responds more rapidly than PID control.
