Abstract:
To the single-component explosive charge in underwater weapon warhead, a new warhead charge consisting of two-component with high and low explosive energy is proposed. Based on the theoretical analysis, experimental measurement and numerical simulation, the data in near interface water field of the two-component explosive charge is measured and analyzed. The conclusions show that the shock wave pressure has a higher peak pressure in near water field, and then it keeps at the same level in the mid-distance rang. These conclusions are useful for the determination of shock pressure field of a underwater two-component warhead.
