圆结构光传感器标定方法

Calibration of Circular Structured Light Sensor

  • 摘要: 研究用于管件内表面三维测量的圆结构光传感器标定方法. 圆结构光传感器由激光发生器、反射锥镜和CCD相机组成,激光器发射的光经锥镜反射后与被测表面相交,通过分析传感器的成像几何关系,提出了一种快速的、采用多个圆环的标定方法,通过标定确定光曲面的关键参数. 采用标定后的圆结构光传感器对已知直径的圆环进行测量,直径测量误差为±0.2mm. 该标定方法实现简单,满足现场标定的要求,同时能够保证一定的精度.

     

    Abstract: The circular structured light sensor is composed of a laser projector, a cone-shaped mirror and a camera. The laser is reflected by mirror and intersects the objects surface, the camera captures the relevant image. Based on the analysis of the imaging geometry, a fast calibration method employing multiple rings is proposed to determine the key parameters of the light surface. The measurement error is ±0.2mm for the diameter measuring by the calibrated sensor. The proposed calibration method is easy to realize, able to meet the on-line requirement with the certain accuracy.
