石英音叉陀螺阻抗特性的实验研究

摘要: 为改善石英音叉的质量,提高陀螺性能,采用了质量平衡调节叉指对称性的方法改善音叉阻抗特性,测试了阻抗特性对音叉驱动及机械耦合误差的影响. 实验结果表明,通过对驱动叉指的对称性进行质量平衡调节,驱动叉指的品质因数明显提高,驱动电压明显下降,机械耦合误差也得到有效消除,音叉阻抗特性得到改善.Abstract: To improve the quality of quartz tuning fork and the performance of gyroscope, mass balancing method by which the symmetry of forks is amended is used to improve the impedance characteristics of tuning forks, and the influences of impedance characteristics upon driving of forks and mechanical coupling error are measured. Experimental results showed that by mass balancing method, when the symmetry of driving forks amended, the quality factor of driving forks increased, the driving voltage descended and the mechanical coupling error decreased, the impedance characteristics of quartz tuning fork were improved obviously.
