Abstract: To in prove the performance of power devices, a new hybrid power device based on super capacitors is proposed that is made up of super capacitors and generators. It was applied with the automatic operation and collimation system. Though tests, it was shown that this device showed higher performance and adaptability to the environment than general accumulators. Power consumption could be reduced to 20 percent. It is well adapted to the military equipment in field applications.
