一种新型油气平衡悬架的平顺性仿真研究

Riding Performance of a Vehicle with a New Type of Hydro-Pneumatic Balanced Suspension

  • 摘要: 针对普通油气平衡悬架油缸垂直布置的结构特点,提出了一种油缸水平放置的油气平衡悬架. 建立了两种多轴油气平衡悬架的数学模型,利用Matlab软件对普通油气平衡悬架与新型油气平衡悬架进行了平顺性对比、分析和计算. 结果表明,采用油缸水平放置的油气平衡悬架的车辆在很好地改善车辆平顺性的同时,又能降低悬架系统成本,提高可靠性,因此这种悬架更适合在多轴车辆上应用.

     

    Abstract: Following the characteristics of ordinary hydro-pneumatic balanced suspension in which the cylinders are installed vertically, a new type of hydro-pneumatic balanced suspension where the cylinders are installed horizontally is designed. Two types of multi-spindled hydro-pneumatic balanced suspension mathematical models were built up and solved with Matlab to compare the performance of the new hydro-pneumatic balanced suspension with the conventional suspension. The result indicated that using such suspensions, the vibration performance of vehicles is improved, the price is reduced and reliability of the suspension system much improved. The new suspension is more suitable for use in multi-spindled vehicles.
