低信噪比下GPS信号P码直接捕获技术

Direct Acquisition of GPS P-Code Under Low-SNR

  • 摘要: 对扩展复制重叠捕获技术和均值法,两种当前P码捕获频域处理的典型方法进行了性能分析和比较. 基于均值法提出一种最小资源P码直接捕获硬件实现方法,进行硬件系统设计和实现,对P码捕获的性能进行实际测试. 结果表明,在满足低信噪比捕获概率情况下,相对扩展复制重叠捕获技术和直接FFT法,均值法降低资源消耗,缩短捕获时间,达到设计指标要求.

     

    Abstract: Extended Replica Folding Acquisition Search Technology(XFAST)and the Average Method are two typical methods for GPS P-code acquisition in the frequency domain. Performance of P-code direct acquisition using the two methods was analyzed and compared. The study brings up a hardware realization method of direct P-code acquisition with least hardware resources based on the average method, and designs a hardware system for verification. It provides a P-code acquisition performance test in real system. The system can satisfy the detection rate in low SNR, and in the mean time decreased hardware resources versus XFAST and direct FFT. It also shortened the acquisition time, and met the design requirements.
