碳纳米管上引入乳糖酸的研究

Decoration of Carbon Nanotubes with Lactobionic Acid

  • 摘要: 为实现碳纳米管和乳糖的相互化学修饰,使之成为一类具有生物活性的新物质. 先用草酰氯和偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)分别将碳纳米管羧酸化,再将乳糖酸与乙二胺反应. 将新得到的2种经过化学修饰的产物进行反应,得到负载N-糖苷的N,N'-乳糖酰碳纳米管甲/异丁酰乙二胺,并用红外光谱进行了表征.

     

    Abstract: In order to realize chemical modification on carbon nanotube and lactose so that they react with each other to become new bioactive materials, carbon nanotubes were first carboxylated using oxalyl chloride and azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) respectively. Then lactobionic acid was reacted with ethylene diamine. Secondly, the two modification products were made to react and N,N'-lactobionyl carbon nanotube formyl/isobutau ethylene diamines were prepared. They were finally characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy.
