一种新型的双电磁阀燃油系统

Design for a New Type Fuel System

  • 摘要: 结合常规电控单体泵和电控共轨喷油器构建了一种双电磁阀燃油系统,以实现供油和喷油的独立控制.分析了双阀燃油系统的原理,进行了不同供油电磁阀控制参数及喷油电磁阀控制参数的实验,完成了相同目标油量下不同供油特性的调节实验以及低速下高压供油的实验. 结果表明,该双电磁阀方案通过不同的供油和喷油控制组合,能够在低转速下实现高压喷射,实现灵活可调的喷射规律.

     

    Abstract: A double electronic valve fuel system is established based on an electronic unit pump and injector of common rail system, that can realize the independent control of fuel injection and fuel supply. Principle of this fuel system is studied. Control parameters of the fuel injection electronic valve and fuel supply electronic valve are changed in experiment. In this test, different fuel supply characteristics with the same oil output and high pressure in low speed can be reached. The result shows that high pressure in low-speed and flexible adjustable injection rate can be attained.
