摘要: 结合实际项目,设计了自动机械变速器(AMT)联调试验台系统. 运用汽车动力因数计算车辆等效质量,提出分段模拟车辆行驶阻力试验方案,对飞轮系统进行优化设计,实现了AMT联调试验台可变惯量的模拟加载与匹配. 实际应用表明,AMT联调试验台系统符合使用要求.Abstract: Gives the design and implementation of a test bench system for an automated mechanical transmission(AMT) . The effective inertia of vehicle is calculated by applying a power factor, and an experimental method simulating the road resistance force in segments is proposed. A fly-wheel system is optimally designed to provide mechanical inertia. The load simulation and matching of variable inertia of the AMT combined debugging test bench are achieved.Practical application proved that the design of AMT combined test bench meets the requirements.
