圆板非弹性冲击过程的碰撞恢复系数

Coefficient of Restitution of a Circular Plate During Inelastic Collision

  • 摘要: 应用数值解析方法分析圆板形材料塑性加载和弹性卸载过程的法向接触压力和法向变形量的关系,推导了冲击前后圆板法向冲击速度的理论计算方法. 针对圆板形材料卸载过程中材料轮廓的假设引入了变形量系数的概念,探讨了卸载过程中的材料轮廓与加载过程材料轮廓间的关系. 应用高速摄像系统观测了圆板对平面冲击过程的冲击速度和反弹速度,确定了对不同冲击速度下圆板冲击速度对碰撞恢复系数的影响规律. 对变形量系数予以修正. 实验结果表明,所得到的碰撞恢复系数理论计算结果与实验结果十分吻合.

     

    Abstract: The relationship between the normal contact force and normal indentation for the process of plastic loading and elastic unloading is studied on the basis of theoretical analysis. The approach velocity and rebound velocity have been deduced theoretically. A coefficient of indentation is introduced to describe the unloaded curvature of material. The unloaded material curvature and loaded material curvature has been discussed. The dynamic behavior of a circular plate impacting on a plane block is investigated experimentally. The approach and rebound velocities during the impacting process are measured using a high-speed video camera. It is found that the approach velocities have more influence on the coefficient of restitution. The calculated data using the modified coefficient of indentation had a good fit to the experimental data about coefficient of restitution.
